Terms and Conditions

All work done for our customers is subject to our standard Terms and Conditions, which are outlined below. Dual pronged wooden skewers are provided to secure the dipping foods. Dipping foods to be provided by client or their caterer. Crumbly or juicy foods not recommended.

PAYMENT TERMS

S.K. Morgan Catering Service, LLC requires a $100 non-refundable payment in order to reserve a Chocolate Fountain. To confirm this agreement, return one signed and completed copy of this contract along with the deposit of $100.  The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the date of the event and can be paid in cash, check, money order or credit card(USING PAYPAL.  Payment is non-refundable 30 days prior to event (event may be rescheduled).  All checks should be made payable to S.K. Morgan Catering Service. Booking date may be subject to cancellation 30 days prior to the event if no payment has been received. There will be a $35 fee charged for returned checks.

CANCELLATION

This agreement cannot be cancelled, except in writing, by either the Client or S.K. Morgan Catering Service, LLC, prior to 7 days before the event. If the Client initiates the cancellation, S.K. Morgan Catering Service, LLC, will hold the $100 deposit to be used by the client toward any future event booked by the Client. Client will hold harmless S.K. Morgan Catering Service, LLC, in the event of illness, injury, act of God, or any other situation beyond control of S.K. Morgan Catering Service, LLC, that prevents S.K. Morgan Catering Service, LLC, from performing.

PROVISIONS AND LIABILITY

S.K. Morgan Catering Service, LLC, requires access to the desired set-up area at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. In addition, 60 minutes are required after the conclusion of the service period for take down and removal (this time does not count toward the 3 hours of fountain service time). The Client is responsible for providing a sturdy, level table capable of supporting at least 50 lbs.  S.K. Morgan Catering Service, LLC, requires at least one - 120 volt outlet within 10 feet of the desired set-up area that adheres to contemporary safety standards and supplies at least 15 amps. Once the Chocolate Fountain has been set up in the desired location, it cannot be moved during the event. Client accepts full responsibility and is liable for any damages, injuries or delays that occur as a result of failure to comply with these provisions. S.K. Morgan Catering Service, LLC, reserves the right to use any picture(s) from the event in advertising.
